Conferences at Hamn combine meeting facilities with direct access to the mountains, coastline and Arctic landscapes of Senja in Northern Norway. Surrounded by the sea and the harbour, the setting creates space for both focused work and shared experiences outside the meeting room. Throughout the year, groups come to Hamn for conferences, team gatherings and events shaped by the surroundings and activities available across the island.

Meeting facilities

All meeting and event facilities at Hamn are gathered within Storbygga, closely connected to the reception, restaurant and the social areas surrounding the harbour. From larger conferences in Bryggeloftet with capacity for up to 170 guests, to smaller gatherings in Krambua and Væreier Lunds Stue, the spaces are designed for both professional and social settings throughout the stay. Throughout the visit, the group remains gathered in one setting, combining meetings, accommodation, dining and experiences along the waterfront in Northern Norway.

Fyrlykta, located by the sea with panoramic views across the mountains and coastline of Senja, offers a more informal setting for meetings, dinners, tastings and private events. The Cognac Lounge, lobby and outdoor areas around the harbour create natural spaces for conversations, social gatherings and activities between sessions. Several outdoor locations around Hamn and Senja can also be adapted for tailored events, camps and experiences in the surrounding Arctic landscape.
