All meeting and event venues are located in Storbygga, conveniently close to the reception and Restaurant, where most meals are served. There are also several beautiful outdoor areas that can be used for dining, activities, or simply gathering for meaningful conversations and big decisions...

One of the great advantages of hosting an event at Hamn—especially when the social aspect is important—is that your group will stay together throughout the entire stay.

We also tailor outdoor events in nature and can set up various types of camps with catering and activities. Feel free to challenge us with your ideas and wishes for your event!

Fyrlykta, with its panoramic views, is a one-of-a-kind space for peace, reflection, and magical moments by the sea.

It’s also perfect for informal meetings, lunch or aperitif gatherings, beer tastings featuring local brews, intimate concerts, and more. Here, only your imagination sets the limit.

We highly recommend including a visit to Fyrlykta as part of your stay at Hamn.

Bryggeloftet

This is Hamn’s most spacious meeting and event room, featuring high ceilings and views over the sea and the lively harbor basin.
It’s a popular venue for weddings, Christmas parties, conferences, concerts, and other events.
Accommodates up to 170 people.

Krambua

Krambua, with its 80 m², is named after the old general store that once stood in Hamn during its heyday as a fishing village. It accommodates around 45–50 people for meetings or gatherings, and is ideal as a breakout room or for events such as yoga sessions, lectures, and more.

Væreier Lund’s Lounge

This meeting room is named after Hamn’s former proprietor, Adolf Lund. Furnished with comfortable swivel chairs, it’s well-suited for board meetings and smaller gatherings.

The Cognac Lounge

A charming room with the cozy atmosphere of the 1880s. Perfect for an aperitif, afternoon tea – or coffee – with waffles, a good book, or simply to relax. Ideal for small gatherings of up to 35–45 people, beer tastings, après-ski, or other private events. Located just steps away from the meeting rooms, restaurant, and reception.

Lobbyen

Welcome to the heart of Hamn. This is the perfect place to gather for a relaxed conversation after meetings or enjoy an aperitif before dinner. It’s also the meeting point for heading out on activities and adventures—or for winding down with a chat after your meal.

The lobby offers beautiful views of the harbor activities, the fascinating Sukkertoppen peak, and the ever-changing northern weather and light. The reception area is located just next to the lobby.
